Which are the legitimate Forex Trading companies? Which is the authority registering these companies? -

I am looking for some legal Forex Trading companies to open account with. There are so many fraud companies in this field which are working without registration and loots the public money.. Also I want to know which is the authority giving regestration for these companies where the list of these regestered companies are published. Any body please help me out! Great question and great timing. Although there is no official regulatory agency that has hold of the reigns of the quot;spot Forexquot; marketplace the NFA (National Futures Association) has regulatory responsibility for the quot;Forex futuresquot; market. Since the quot;spot Forexquot; market is currently resembling the wild west with some questionable players popping up every day a number of Forex brokers are establishing processes so as to be quot;compliant with NFA policies and regulationsquot;. There are current rumors that the NFA will soon require a certain level of financial stability and available funds so that brokers are able to support their operations during irregular markets. Currently a broker can simply close up shop and sail into the sunset with whatever money they can. A Forex colleague of mine has shared with us a government report indicating the financial stability of 170 Forex brokerages. The consensous seems to be that the NFA will require $5M in available funds within the next couple of months and up to $9M by the end of the year. Send me your email address and I would be happy to share this report with you and you can see where your broker stands. You can open account with FXCM or GFTforex..They are the reputed companies.. You can get more info at - www.babypips.com http://the-forex-trading.blogspot.com fxcm.com When forex trading companies can be in almost any country, and you re really talking about exchanging one currency for another, you should assume that the regulation is minimal or nonexistent. Look for a reputable company, such as a large bank or another financial institution that does extensive business, to avoid quot;fly by nightquot; operators. Look for ones that may be registered with securities exchanges, or have other things at stake in maintaining their reputation. No matter who you re dealing with, you can get competitive exchange rate information at: www.oanda.com I used to use it often when travelling overseas and needing to convert multiple currencies for personal/business use. But, Oanda is also a leading forex dealer, according to their web site. You can read about the company here: http://www.oanda.com/site/oanda/com_inde... At the web site, they also offer forex trading educational material. In the links I ve added to this message, one is their page for forex trading, and the second is the company history and information. I m sure there are dozens, if not hundreds, of other reliable firms, and I think you can find a few that are reputable and financially solid, to make your selection. Well there is a couple out there...one in KL near Jalan Ampang goes by the name of Sigma Paltinum Sdn Bhd Check them out.... http://www.ectcap.com/
