Is it true that people make money through internet forex trading? -

Yes, it s quite true. The prior poster is right in that it does move very slow, but usually retail forex involves very high margin rates, currently it s not uncommon to see 400-1 margine rates. While that means you can gain a lot of leverage for making money, you can also lose it just as quickly. Most brokerages make money on the spread, which is very, very small compared to a retail banking establishment such as you see at the airport. Because of the high risk involved, it s not really a trading medium for the queasy. One last thing that you *must* know is that if you re using margin funds to finance your trades (and we must call them trades because it s not really investing), you can lose more money than you had in principal. Argh! Can t people search!? I ve answered this question already. I think I should just make a stock answer. Yes it is true. You can make however much you are willing to risk. Bigger the risk, the bigger the return, but the flip side it you can lose the whole lot and more if you re not careful. Be careful of the scams. I ve posted links to posts from my blog and websites that you may find useful. I wish you luck. But i warn you trading is not for everyone and it is VERY risky. well that i dont know but i can tell u the way of making money well i am a member of a site which gives u money for registering and further for reading mails and earning through that well if u wish u can also be a part without investment http://hits4pay.com/members/index.cgi?sh... best of luck Sure you can. The forex trading market is big and will always be big. However, don t expect to get rich fast. The market fluctuates slowly. For example, the British pound has been hovering at about 50-60 cents to the American dollar for a long time. Therefore, I wouldn t trade with the Pound. If you start off quot;smallquot; you won t make money. For example, if the Polish Zolaty (which is around 300 zolatis per dollar) increases, you won t see much quot;profitquot; if you only invested let s say $50. You will see the most gains (obviously) if you invested let s say for example a couple thousand. If you re interested in the forex, go for it. It can be exciting. However, right out the gates, I wouldn t quit your job or anything for this. Start off as a part time thing and see where it goes. I believe there are places on the internet where you can start a forex account for as low as $200.
