What#039;s the best Forex broker out there? -
I here that some brokers are ECNs? OR OTCs? Can someone explain the difference? Anyways most people will recommend FXCM but i hear that your orders are filled against other FXCM members instead of the open market making it hard to trade when the market is going one way. Please correct me if I m wrong. So which is the best broker out there? - Fastest order execution - Smallest spreads. - Accurate order execution. Thanks. - Forex ECN Broker ECN is an acronym for Electronic Communications Network. A Forex ECN does not operate a dealing desk but instead provides a marketplace where multiple market makers, banks and traders can enter competing bids and offers into the platform either inside or outside the spread, allowing traders to trade against each other and with multiple counterparties. A trader might open a trade with liquidity provider quot;Aquot; and close it with liquidity provider quot;Bquot;, or have the trade executed against the bid or offer of another trader. Participants of the ECN send in competing bids and offers into the platform and the combined volume is usually displayed to traders at each price. Orders are matched between counterparties, usually for a small fee. NDD An acronym for No Dealing Desk . A no-dealing desk broker uses a matching engine to match up orders between its liquidity providers and their clients. The liquidity providers send in competing bids and offers into the platform, resulting in the best bid and offer being displayed to the trader. A no dealing desk broker may increase the spread instead of charging a commission to their clients. you may check your options in this gateway. it will lead you to one of the leading forex trading site today assuring you of dealing with a very legitimate, trusted and reliable trading platform. in brief they offer the following- personal service and training by providing you a personal Account Service Manager as mentor, consultant and trading partner; quot;no software downloadquot; or web based trading system allowing you to trade anytime, anywhere; instant deposits using your credit card allowing you to start trade regardless of banking work days or hours; margin trading for as low as $100; helping you manage your risk by excuting your set rates, limits and stop-loss; available tools at the site for smarter trading; full transparency- you can generate your detailed reports and track your performance; no hidden costs assuring you that you pay no commission for your deals; freeze rate and other special features and tools. flexible and competitive; data security and privacy; professional, reputable business partners; real-time quotes and special terms for frequent traders, etc...they offer four types of accounts namely, mini, gold, platinum and vip. of course, the higher account you choose would entitle you to better trading features and benefits. all the best.
Is it possible to earn a good living exclusively in the ForEx market? -
Since there are so many trading methods and platforms, what is a good platform and trading system that I should investigate that would afford the best results with the least amount of risk? I understand there is substantial risk to this type of investment and one should not invest funds they can t afford to lose. There are people who trade forex for living. All you need is a good trading plan and follow it strictly. Usually most of the traders prefer MetaTrader 4 platform. You can try to google it. Choose one broker that you trust. There are few brokers that offer you to start trading with as low as $500. Below are some broker that you might want to try: easy forex: http://ads.easy-forex.com/Gateway.aspx?g... fxdd: http://www.fxdd.com finexo: http://system.referforex.com/processing You might want to check out this newly developed forex blog. http://easy101forex.blogspot.com Up until recently, it took years of education and experience to profit consistently in the forex markets. No one has all winning trades. You have to accept loss from time to time. Now for $100 or so you can buy an automatic trader, for which you need virtually no previous knowledge of forex. It won t make you rich overnight, but you should see your account grow, and it should be possible to eventually rely on forex as your main source of income. Always try these robots or autopilots on free demo accounts first before risking real money. Most of these run on a free platform accepted by many brokers, called MetaTrader 4 from http://metaquotes.net Here you can compare and see results of several of these autotraders: http://www.forex-on-auto.com Yes. You simply need to learn how the market works and take some time to develop a good system or buy a good one. You can check on review websites like http://www.forextopten.com/ and you can paper trade on any broker demo account. I would say the answer is that you should exercise yourself as much as possible. For example, if you have a job currently, then get some time daily to exercise yourself for at least 6 months. One year also should be enough, if you study at least 1 hour daily. Benjamin Franklin is know to have said: quot;Knowledge yields the best interest.quot; On the other hand, Socrates: quot;I know that I don t know nothingquot; :). - I am quoting those 2, because there is one pretty popular hypothesis in the microeconomics that the markets are unpredictable and one can t earn more than the market itself. However, many people doubt this hypothesis(the hypothesis is called: EMH - google it...). My advice though, leave forex unless you are multimillionaire. Concentrate on stocks or at least forex options. Also, don t think that any strategy on the internet can help you. Think of your own formula and try to apply it on a demo for a few months. If it works - invest small amount of money, then more and more... Believe it or not - the advice above costs millions of dollars ;) - more than any book that you can buy on quot;strategiesquot;. Good luck and happy new year ;). It all depends upon the way u r trading ,shortly it s upon ur luck,if you get profits u can survive if not ....it s upto you. It is certainly possible to make a full living on forex trading alone. Still the fact is that most of the people that try end up loosing all of their money. Why is that? Mostly because they weren t properly educated. So, the answer to your question is a PROPERLY prepared trader can make a consistent profit on the forex market. However the hype that anyone trading forex will make a lot of money is not true! If you are not properly prepared you most certainly will end up losing your money, be careful. I am a (profitable) forex trader and trainer. You can check out my modest web site http://sites.google.com/site/forextraini... see the contact me page for my contact details. I intend to give live free introductions to forex on a regular basis where this question of yours will be discussed further.

Does the forex market have any holidays? -
Or is it 24 hours, 5 days per week, 52 weeks per year? Since many holidays are specific to a particular nation, and since FOREX is global, what you could see on holidays is low volume/ high volatility; the nation experiencing the holiday could be taking a break, but other nations not taking that holiday would be trading its currency. An example of this is thanksgiving or the Japanese new year (which occurs after the first week of January). In the former case, American traders might not be trading, but others would be. And so on, in the latter case. I do not know of any global holiday that would cause everyone around the world not to trade; except Saturday s. Generally when the equity markets in the US are on holiday, the forex markets may likewise on some of those. Not all of course, especially the more quot;US-specificquot; ones. But yes, there are holidays in Forex. Each country has different holidays, but you can find an open Forex arena almost always somewhere around the world It depends on the country / currency. If the country is on holiday, corresponding currency trading is closed. I second the guy ahead of me.
Whats the best strategie to use in forex currency trading? -
Currently Im betting EURvsUS for the long run but I want to know if u can refer me to a page where I can learn more about scalping and other strategies You can start by vising free websites like http://www.freeforexebook.org and http://www.forextopten.com/forex-article... . Then if you feel you need to learn more you can look for a Forex system or course at http://www.topforexeducation.com . Learn the candlesticks for starters The best way to learn is to test strategies out until you find a couple that work for you. Scalping is an art in Forex, but auto trading is a very powerful method. Find the one that you are comfortable with. Some time ago I read a transcript of a board meeting of one of the major Wall Street finance powerhouses. One thing that got my attention was a question someone raised about income from their Forex operations. The concern was that the entire division was a gamble with shareholder s money and presented an unnecessary risk and uncertainty. Lots of other very respectable participants confirmed that Forex trading in general cannot theoretically (regardless of strategy) bring sustainable gains in the long run unless you are either a broker who gets paid a comission for every trade or a market maker the size of a central bank who has enough mullah to manipulate the rates. This was talked about as a universally accepted truth. Reading the transcript further, it turned out the Forex operation in that company was basically a brokerage where their institutional clients did the trading with their own money and simply paid comissions and access fees without ever putting the company at risk.

Someone wrote, quot; You can become millinaire in 10 years using 10k in FOREX trading.quot; How is it done? Thanks. -
It s called taking ridiculous risks and being lucky. You could just as easily lose a million dollars in the process of trying. I think you do it by writing a book on how to become a millionaire in 10 years using 10k in FOREX trading. Many have written such books. The resulting millionaires are keeping low profiles. you have to be very aggressive. It isn t. Its a scam, you ll lead a much happier life if you steer clear of stuff like this. By taking big chances and being luckier than the other person playing against you every time. If they say it is easy, then they are lying to you. Making money in the FOREX market is very tough. You might want to take a look at the currency ETFs first. http://top10traders.com/ViewPost.aspx?po... You can create a quot;practicequot; portfolio at http://www.top10traders.com - it s free - each month the site ranks the best performing investors. the principle of compounding will yield higher returns every year. if u invest 10 K in forex and it grow up 10% you have 11K. if you reinvest it again at the same rate, imagine what u will have after 10 years. thus the principle of compounding and reinvestment strategies will deliver phenomenal returns. only when u stay for longterm u can make profits and the power of compounding and investing in growth currencies and buying them at very low rates can do make u a millonaire in 10 years You can but it is very High Risk. If you want to invest and make a great return from forex RE and Small Business investments I suggest the you contact http:www.freewebs.com/mnthighinvest it is a free investment club with good returns and if you do the math and let your profits roll you can make a heck of a lot in ten years. And yes I use them and no I do not get paid to recommend them I just believe in them.
