How to use Forex Strategy Builder !? -

I have successfully installed Forex Strategy Builder but I have not idea how to use the software to test my strategies, in terms of how to make the simulated market work, how to place buy and sell orders, and how to add and remove indicators. I have tried using the help tool that came with the software but it just explains what everything is, it does not show me how to use the software. I need to know how to use it.
